Print4OL is a MS-Outlook® Extension (Addin/Standalone) which can display/print to MS-Word®. Individual pages (memo) or lists (table, reports, calendar, labels) are possible, controlled by modifiable structure of Word templates (*.dot with placeholders for #fields).
Features:
- The Word Templates (*.dot) can be modified to suit your needs.
- Autoprint newly arrived/created items like emails. For performance reason install the standalone!
- Only Standalone: Autoprint upcoming appointmens (in next 30 min., only BUSY and non PRIVATE)
- Add your own templates by copying the provided templates.
- All kind of properties (fields) are supported, also userdefined.
- A special template with all possible fields and description is included.
